How to Use the DFL System to Achieve Your Weight Management
Goal and Succeed With Long Term Weight Control
[Note: May use our Weight Management Success System with your Physician's practice, before or after your Bariatric Surgery Program, with one
of our Professional Weight Management and Wellness Success Coaches or Educational Reinforcement Training Specialists, or as a Stand Alone,
Do-it-Yourself Program. Ask your doctor or physician's practice to evaluate the program and refer you to one of our PWMWSP Coaches Network - In
order to receive your complimentary weight control shakes from PWMS & Bariatric Advantage, your professional coaching supervisor must be registered
in the PWMS system!].
After program enrollment, get Medical Clearance from your Physician or ask your Premier Weight Management Success Coach to refer you to a
physician if you have any known, serious pre-existing medical conditions, or are on any medications, which may require close monitoring or
adjustment of medication during the program as you lose weight and your health improves.
Complete Initial Weight Loss Goal Profiler and Pre-test.
Then review each online Teaching Module and take corresponding post-segment Mini-Test.
Next, complete the post-course Profiler and take the end of course Post-test.
Finally, click on Teaching Modules and Forms, and Create and Print
"Certificate of Completion" for select course and now you are ready to begin our coaching and structured weight management program.
Begin the Weight Management Success Diet Program along with our or a graduated aerobic exercise program and
daily hydrationFollow up with your Professional Weight Management and Wellness Success Coach as directed and your PCP on a monthly basis,
particularly if your desire is to use FDA-approved appetite suppressants as prescribed by your program physician or want your program to
designated as medically-supervised. Follow up with MD after completing program.
Review at least one training course teaching module every other week and follow up with your PWMWS Coach
with a minimum recommendation of at least one module per month as you progress through the 6 to 12-month program and achieve your weight
management and health improvement goals.
Review one weight management success education principle every 2 to 4 weeks, take corresponding
self-assessment and record your progress.
Then simply Download & Print Documentation Form.
Take form to your PWMS Physician/Coach or primary care doctor for completion.
Commit to and stay focused on your Goal, remember your purpose for doing the program, and adhere and submit
to the strategy while you make your journey to Weight Management Success. May make appropriate adjustments in physical activity and your
dietary practices along the way.
Have Physician refer you for Professional Nutritional Counseling (after you complete the program as well as
help you attain a 5-year weight history if you are considering bariatric surgery). All DFL patient-clients should be referred for Nutritional

Persist in actions and planning and continue on your journey until you Succeed! Remember "knowledge is not
power, the right application of knowledge is!"
Select, Refer to or Follow up with your Bariatric Surgery Center or Surgeon after 6-month Exit Medical
Evaluation/Interview, if considering surgery.
Continue with your Structured Meal and Exercise Plan until you reach your goal and beyond!
Ask your doctor or physician's practice to evaluate the program and enroll in the PWMSPSchedule and undergo
